Kegiatan tahunan yang telah memasuki pelaksanaan ketiga ini menjadi wadah edukasi, kolaborasi, dan aksi nyata dalam mendukung konservasi wilayah pesisir dan perairan.<\/p>\n \n <p>Kegiatan dibuka pukul 08.00 WIB melalui rangkaian acara seremonial yang diawali dengan menyanyikan lagu Indonesia Raya dan pembacaan doa. Koordinator Program Studi MSP, <strong>Chandra Joei Koenawan S.Pi., M.Si.<\/strong>, menyampaikan sambutan sekaligus apresiasi kepada seluruh peserta dan mitra yang terlibat dalam kegiatan CCE 2026. Pembukaan kegiatan secara resmi dilakukan oleh Dekan FIKP UMRAH, <strong>Dr. Dony Apdillah, S.Pi., M.Si.<\/strong> Dalam sambutannya, ia berharap para finalis mampu menyampaikan gagasan konservasi secara inovatif dan aplikatif. Ia juga menekankan pentingnya pemanfaatan platform digital <strong>Dugong Project <\/strong>sebagai media pelaporan penampakan dugong dan kegiatan konservasi laut yang terintegrasi dengan berbagai lembaga terkait. Menurutnya, keberadaan dugong perlu mendapat perhatian karena satwa ini berperan penting dalam menjaga keseimbangan ekosistem lamun sebagai habitat utama berbagai biota laut. Melalui platform tersebut, generasi muda diharapkan dapat lebih aktif terlibat dalam upaya pelestarian dugong dan ekosistem laut secara mudah, cepat, dan partisipatif.<\/p>\n \n <p>Pada sesi pembukaan turut dilaksanakan penandatanganan <strong>Perjanjian Kerjasama (PKS) dan Implementation Agreement (IA)<\/strong> antara FIKP UMRAH dengan sejumlah mitra, yaitu <strong>Nikoi & Cempedak Private Island, Seven Clean Seas, dan Pengawasan Sumber Daya Kelautan dan Perikanan (PSDKP)<\/strong>. Kerja sama ini menjadi bentuk penguatan jejaring kemitraan antara perguruan tinggi dengan dunia industri, lembaga konservasi, dan instansi pemerintah dalam mendukung pelaksanaan tridarma perguruan tinggi, khususnya di bidang pendidikan, penelitian, dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Penandatanganan kerja sama tersebut juga sejalan dengan Indikator Kinerja Utama (IKU) Perguruan Tinggi, terutama IKU 6 mengenai kemitraan program studi dengan mitra kelas dunia. Kolaborasi ini diharapkan dapat membuka peluang implementasi program magang, penelitian kolaboratif, pengembangan konservasi pesisir, hingga peningkatan kompetensi mahasiswa berbasis kebutuhan dunia kerja.<\/p>\n \n <p>Selain mengangkat isu konservasi, kegiatan CCE 2026 juga menampilkan identitas budaya Melayu melalui penggunaan busana Melayu oleh peserta, panitia dan civitas akademika yang terlibat. Penggunaan pakaian adat Melayu menjadi bentuk pelestarian budaya lokal sekaligus penguatan karakter maritim dan budaya daerah di lingkungan kampus. Upaya ini relevan dengan IKU 7 terkait kelas yang kolaboratif dan partisipatif melalui penguatan pembelajaran berbasis kearifan lokal serta pengembangan karakter mahasiswa.<\/p>\n \n <p>Pelaksanaan kegiatan CCE 2026 turut mendukung beberapa tujuan <strong>Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)<\/strong>, di antaranya <strong>SDGs 4 (Quality Education)<\/strong> melalui edukasi konservasi kepada pelajar dan mahasiswa, <strong>SDGs 14 (Life Below Water)<\/strong> melalui kampanye pelestarian ekosistem pesisir dan laut, <strong>SDGs 15 (Life on Land)<\/strong> melalui kegiatan penanaman pohon, serta <strong>SDGs 17 (Partnerships for the Goals)<\/strong> melalui penguatan kerja sama lintas sektor dalam mendukung konservasi berkelanjutan.<\/p>\n \n <p>Sesi inti kegiatan diisi dengan presentasi dan diskusi peserta yang berlangsung mulai pukul 08.40 hingga 11.30 WIB. Setiap tim diberikan waktu presentasi selama 15 menit. Kegiatan ini dimoderatori oleh <strong>Selfiana Sari<\/strong> dan dinilai oleh dewan juri yang terdiri atas <strong>Lamria Hotmian Lumbantoruan S. Pi., M.Pi.<\/strong> dari Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan, <strong>Riza Provita S.H.<\/strong> dari Cempedak & Nikoi Private Island, serta <strong>Siti Kusmiati S.Pi <\/strong> dari Seven Clean Seas. Selama kegiatan berlangsung, peserta dan tamu undangan juga dapat mengunjungi expo yang menampilkan berbagai media dan materi edukasi konservasi. Setelah sesi ishoma, kegiatan dilanjutkan dengan aksi nyata konservasi berupa penanaman pohon di kawasan Kampus UMRAH, Dompak. Kegiatan yang berada di bawah koordinasi Himpunan Mahasiswa MSP ini menjadi simbol komitmen bersama dalam menjaga keberlanjutan lingkungan pesisir dan daratan.<\/p>\n \n <p>Acara kemudian ditutup dengan pengumuman pemenang, penyerahan sertifikat, serta pemberian hadiah kepada peserta terbaik. Kegiatan tahunan yang telah memasuki pelaksanaan ketiga ini menjadi wadah edukasi, kolaborasi, dan aksi nyata dalam mendukung konservasi wilayah pesisir dan perairan.<\/p>\n \n <p>Kegiatan dibuka pukul 08.00 WIB melalui rangkaian acara seremonial yang diawali dengan menyanyikan lagu Indonesia Raya dan pembacaan doa. Koordinator Program Studi MSP, <strong>Chandra Joei Koenawan S.Pi., M.Si.<\/strong>, menyampaikan sambutan sekaligus apresiasi kepada seluruh peserta dan mitra yang terlibat dalam kegiatan CCE 2026. Pembukaan kegiatan secara resmi dilakukan oleh Dekan FIKP UMRAH, <strong>Dr. Dony Apdillah, S.Pi., M.Si.<\/strong> Dalam sambutannya, ia berharap para finalis mampu menyampaikan gagasan konservasi secara inovatif dan aplikatif. Ia juga menekankan pentingnya pemanfaatan platform digital <strong>Dugong Project <\/strong>sebagai media pelaporan penampakan dugong dan kegiatan konservasi laut yang terintegrasi dengan berbagai lembaga terkait. Menurutnya, keberadaan dugong perlu mendapat perhatian karena satwa ini berperan penting dalam menjaga keseimbangan ekosistem lamun sebagai habitat utama berbagai biota laut. Melalui platform tersebut, generasi muda diharapkan dapat lebih aktif terlibat dalam upaya pelestarian dugong dan ekosistem laut secara mudah, cepat, dan partisipatif.<\/p>\n \n <p>Pada sesi pembukaan turut dilaksanakan penandatanganan <strong>Perjanjian Kerjasama (PKS) dan Implementation Agreement (IA)<\/strong> antara FIKP UMRAH dengan sejumlah mitra, yaitu <strong>Nikoi & Cempedak Private Island, Seven Clean Seas, dan Pengawasan Sumber Daya Kelautan dan Perikanan (PSDKP)<\/strong>. Kerja sama ini menjadi bentuk penguatan jejaring kemitraan antara perguruan tinggi dengan dunia industri, lembaga konservasi, dan instansi pemerintah dalam mendukung pelaksanaan tridarma perguruan tinggi, khususnya di bidang pendidikan, penelitian, dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Penandatanganan kerja sama tersebut juga sejalan dengan Indikator Kinerja Utama (IKU) Perguruan Tinggi, terutama IKU 6 mengenai kemitraan program studi dengan mitra kelas dunia. Kolaborasi ini diharapkan dapat membuka peluang implementasi program magang, penelitian kolaboratif, pengembangan konservasi pesisir, hingga peningkatan kompetensi mahasiswa berbasis kebutuhan dunia kerja.<\/p>\n \n <p>Selain mengangkat isu konservasi, kegiatan CCE 2026 juga menampilkan identitas budaya Melayu melalui penggunaan busana Melayu oleh peserta, panitia dan civitas akademika yang terlibat. Penggunaan pakaian adat Melayu menjadi bentuk pelestarian budaya lokal sekaligus penguatan karakter maritim dan budaya daerah di lingkungan kampus. Upaya ini relevan dengan IKU 7 terkait kelas yang kolaboratif dan partisipatif melalui penguatan pembelajaran berbasis kearifan lokal serta pengembangan karakter mahasiswa.<\/p>\n \n <p>Pelaksanaan kegiatan CCE 2026 turut mendukung beberapa tujuan <strong>Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)<\/strong>, di antaranya <strong>SDGs 4 (Quality Education)<\/strong> melalui edukasi konservasi kepada pelajar dan mahasiswa, <strong>SDGs 14 (Life Below Water)<\/strong> melalui kampanye pelestarian ekosistem pesisir dan laut, <strong>SDGs 15 (Life on Land)<\/strong> melalui kegiatan penanaman pohon, serta <strong>SDGs 17 (Partnerships for the Goals)<\/strong> melalui penguatan kerja sama lintas sektor dalam mendukung konservasi berkelanjutan.<\/p>\n \n <p>Sesi inti kegiatan diisi dengan presentasi dan diskusi peserta yang berlangsung mulai pukul 08.40 hingga 11.30 WIB. Setiap tim diberikan waktu presentasi selama 15 menit. Kegiatan ini dimoderatori oleh <strong>Selfiana Sari<\/strong> dan dinilai oleh dewan juri yang terdiri atas <strong>Lamria Hotmian Lumbantoruan S. Pi., M.Pi.<\/strong> dari Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan, <strong>Riza Provita S.H.<\/strong> dari Cempedak & Nikoi Private Island, serta <strong>Siti Kusmiati S.Pi <\/strong> dari Seven Clean Seas. Selama kegiatan berlangsung, peserta dan tamu undangan juga dapat mengunjungi expo yang menampilkan berbagai media dan materi edukasi konservasi. Setelah sesi ishoma, kegiatan dilanjutkan dengan aksi nyata konservasi berupa penanaman pohon di kawasan Kampus UMRAH, Dompak. Kegiatan yang berada di bawah koordinasi Himpunan Mahasiswa MSP ini menjadi simbol komitmen bersama dalam menjaga keberlanjutan lingkungan pesisir dan daratan.<\/p>\n \n <p>Acara kemudian ditutup dengan pengumuman pemenang, penyerahan sertifikat, serta pemberian hadiah kepada peserta terbaik.
